Established in late 2024, UsoEcom is a proudly Kiwi-founded team of active
e-commerce operators.

TJ (Founder & Coach)

Five years ago, my daily reality was the construction site. As a builder, I learned the value of a solid foundation—a principle I carried directly into the digital world when I transitioned into e-commerce. Over the last few years, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering the complexities of online scaling, Meta and TikTok advertising, and supply chain management. Having generated over $15M NZD in sales in two years, I’ve moved beyond theory to focus on what actually works in the trenches. My mission as a Founder and Coach is to provide the exact blueprints and conversion engines I use daily to run my own brands, helping others build sustainable, high-performing systems.

Josh (Founder & Coach)

Before diving into the world of e-commerce, I spent years working as a butcher. That role taught me discipline, precision, and the importance of high-quality standards—skills that have been vital in my four-year journey as an e-commerce operator. Today, I focus on the same core operations and strategic growth as TJ, keeping our brands performing at a high level. I’ve seen firsthand how a well-optimized, turnkey infrastructure can change the trajectory of a business. As a Founder and Coach, I’m committed to helping our clients implement those same proven frameworks, ensuring they have the support and systems needed to scale effectively and hit their targets.

Lucus (Product Research Specialist)

I specialize in identifying winning products before they saturate the market. My role is to bridge the gap between market trends and profitability, utilizing deep-dive analytics and supply chain connections to ensure our clients are always ahead of the curve. By focusing on high-demand, high-quality items, I help our clients build stores that don't just launch, but thrive. I’m here to make sure you have a product foundation that is built to convert from day one.
